Dear Partners, Governing Council, distinguished members and well-wishers,
It is with great pleasure that I extend a warm welcome to you on behalf of the Board of Trustees of the Civil Society for HIV/AIDS in Nigeria (CISHAN). As Chairman, I am deeply honored to represent this remarkable organization which has been in the vanguard if the fight against HIV/ AIDS, and I am excited to share our collective vision and mission with you.
CSHAN has been at the forefront of the battle against HIV/AIDS in Nigeria since the HIV response began in Nigeria. Our organization's unwavering commitment at creating a society free from the scourge of HIV/AIDS has resulted in numerous accomplishments and positive changes in the lives of those infected and affected by this devastating disease.
Our mission is clear: to mitigate the impact and prevent the spread of HIV and AIDS in its entirety, thereby making Nigeria free of HIV and AIDS.
As we navigate the ever-evolving landscape of HIV/AIDS, we remain dedicated to our goals. We continue to develop innovative programs, engaging with policymakers, and strengthening partnerships that enhance our impact. Our goal is to work together with stakeholders from all sectors to ensure that no one in Nigeria is left behind in the fight against HIV/AIDS.
