National Office Management
CiSHAN is made up of the Board of Trustees who at the top level of the Governance structure. The Board of Trustees shall comprise of 6 persons from member organizations and 6 non- members of CiSHAN. Total number of members shall not be less than 12 members.
There is a zonal chapter along with the following relevant structure:
The Zonal Chapter of each Zone consist of the following 6 elected financial members to support the Chapter:
- Zonal Secretary
- Financial Secretary
- Treasurer
- One ex-officio outgoing zonal co-ordinator
Such officers hold office for three years in the first instance after which they may be re -elected for a second term of three more years thereafter no more.
State Coordinators:
There are 37 States Coordinators in all the thirty-six States including the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja being supported by the following elected officials:
- Deputy State Coordinator
- State Secretary
- Assistant State Secretary
- Financial Secretary
- Treasurer
- PRO
- Auditor
- One representative of NEPWHAN
- One representative of NYNETHA
- Editor
- Representative of Women constituency
- Representative of Faith based Constituency
- One ex-officio member (immediate past State coordinator)
The officers hold office for three years in the first instance and may be re-elected for a second time. State Chapters shall operate a committee system.
Members shall volunteer to belong to one or two committees which may include the following:
- Finance and Resource Mobilization Committee
- Advocacy, Publicity and Welfare Committee
- Research, Evaluation, and Monitoring
- Capacity Building and Proposal Writing Committee

Achievements
- Training of representatives of BoT, GC, CCEs, CBO's and National Office management team on resource mobilization/proposal development and advocacy
- We have mobilized over 20,000 clients on the HBC project.
- CiSHAN has successfully passed through change process facilitated by Management Science for Health (MSH) with support from U.S Agency for International Development (USAID).
- Been successfully playing a leading role in the Constituency Coordinating Entities (CCEs).
